That’s why he will receive his own tree in a Friedwald (a natural forest cemetery):
a beautiful sweet chestnut with a life expectancy of about 200 years.
It stands as a symbol of Tamino’s vitality, his inner strength and his ever-growing spirit.
A living place of peace within nature. Just as Tamino would have wished.
A place to pause, to remember, and to feel.
A sweet chestnut in the Friedwald will be Tamino’s new resting place.
In the Friedwald, the natural cycle of life is what matters most.
For this reason, wreaths, flowers or any kind of grave decorations are not allowed.
The forest itself adorns this place in its own quiet and powerful way.
Tamino wanted to live life to the fullest.
If you wish to honour him, you can show your support in a meaningful and sustainable way:
With a donation, you support an initiative raising awareness about sudden cardiac death in young people.
In the long term, we wish to establish a Tamino Foundation to raise awareness about sudden cardiac arrest in young people and to support preventive efforts.
